Job Title: RV Park Manager – Four Fathers RV & Cabins (Packwood, WA)
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: 5 days/week (Thursday–Monday), 4 hours/day
Location: On-site (live-in RV) or local to Packwood, WA

Four Fathers RV & Cabins is a family-created property in the heart of Packwood, Washington—a place where nature and community come together. Our goal is to provide guests with a welcoming, peaceful environment where they can relax, connect, and make lasting memories. We’re seeking a responsible, friendly, and hands-on RV Park Manager to help keep everything running smoothly.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a part-time RV Park Manager to handle the daily operations of our small RV and cabin park. This person will be the face of the property for guests, oversee light maintenance, and support the overall guest experience.
This position is ideal for someone who either:
- Lives on-site in their RV (full hookups provided), or
- Lives locally in Packwood and can be consistently available Thursday through Monday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, provide check-in assistance, and offer local tips and recommendations
- Perform light maintenance, site clean-up, and groundskeeping duties
- Monitor guest needs and respond to minor issues or concerns promptly
- Communicate with owners regarding supply needs, repair issues, or guest feedback
- Ensure the park remains clean, safe, and welcoming
- Occasionally assist with basic administrative tasks (logging occupancy, texting updates, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Friendly, reliable, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with light physical tasks such as walking, lifting up to 30 lbs, cleaning, etc.
- Previous hospitality, property management, or customer-facing experience a plus
- Must be available Thursday through Monday
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to transportation (if not living on-site)
