We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to help maintain and support the operations of our property, including upkeep, light repairs, and occasional guest or security-related needs. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (e.g., light plumbing, basic electrical work, appliance troubleshooting)
- Oversee landscaping and exterior upkeep to ensure a neat appearance
- Respond to urgent maintenance or security calls as needed, including evenings and weekends (on-call availability required)
- Inspect property regularly for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance issues
- Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for specialized repairs when necessary
- Assist with guest-related concerns, such as lockouts or urgent maintenance requests
- Maintain clear records of completed tasks and materials used
Requirements:
- Prior experience in property maintenance, facility support, or a related field preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to respond promptly to calls
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor
Compensation:
- Hourly rate or per-service pay structure to be determined based on experience

Schedule:
